RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
30-day return policy. Product(s) must be unopened and in resalable condition. With receipt, a cash refund will be issued via the terms of the sale. For gift receipts or returns without a receipt, an in-store credit can be issued if it meets the above criteria. No refunds or exchanges past 30 days. All consumables & clearance sale purchases are final, and non-returnable for credit or exchange.
Within the 30 day window, if the product is defective from the manufacturer, we can return as usual. After the 30 days, or if the item was damaged by the customer at any time (even within the 30 day window), we will not accept the return and will advise you to reach out to customer service from the company of the product purchased.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM ONLINE PURCHASES
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make! If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:
We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original pack slip. For returns without the original pack slip, we issue an electronic Gift Certificate.
Sorry, but we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.
SEND RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO OUR STORE
If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
SHIPPING CHARGES NOTICE
You are welcome to return an order to us for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Also, due to limited quantities, we may not be able to exchange or replace certain products.
Please keep in mind that on occasion, damage may occur to boxes and packaging while en route from our store to their destinations. This is accidental and is usually limited to just the box or item packaging itself; only very rarely is the actual item damaged during shipping.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem! Just return the item directly to us, and we'll refund your money (including the original shipping charges).
